Levitra Extra Dosage
Levitra Extra Dosage is a prescription medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These drugs work by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. This helps you achieve and maintain an erection.
Levitra Extra Dosage is available in three strengths:
- Levitra Extra Dosage 20 mg
- Levitra Extra Dosage 40 mg
- Levitra Extra Dosage 60 mg
The recommended starting dose of Levitra Extra Dosage is 20 mg. If this dose is not effective, you may need to increase it to 40 mg or 60 mg. Levitra Extra Dosage should not be taken more than once per day.
Levitra Extra Dosage may be taken with or without food. It should be taken about 25-60 minutes before sexual activity. Levitra Extra Dosage will not work if you are not aroused. If you take Levitra Extra Dosage and do not experience an erection, you should see your doctor.
Levitra Extra Dosage may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:
- headache
- flushing
- stuffy or runny nose
- dizziness
- upset stomach
If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:
- vision changes or sudden vision loss
- ringing in your ears or sudden hearing loss
- chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling
- irregular heartbeat
- swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet
- shortness of breath
- feeling light-headed, fainting
- pain, swelling, warmth, or redness in one or both legs
Levitra Extra Dosage may interact with other medications. Tell your doctor all prescription and over-the-counter medications and supplements you use. Levitra Extra Dosage should not be used with nitrates or alpha blockers.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during treatment with Levitra Extra Dosage. Levitra Extra Dosage is not expected to be harmful to a fetus.
Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby. Levitra Extra Dosage is not expected to be harmful to a nursing infant.
Levitra Extra Dosage should not be used by anyone with a heart condition or who is taking nitrates (such as nitroglycerin).
Levitra Extra Dosage should not be taken more than once per day. If you miss a dose of Levitra Extra Dosage, you may take it when you remember, but do not take more than one dose in 24 hours.
Store at room temperature away from light and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Levitra Extra Dosage out of the reach of children and away from pets.
