Cialis Extra Dosage
Cialis Extra Dosage (tadalafil) is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, used to treat erectile dysfunction. Cialis Extra Dosage relaxes muscles of the blood vessels and increases blood flow to particular areas of the body. Cialis Extra Dosage is available in tablet form and should be taken orally with a glass of water.
Cialis Extra Dosage should not be taken more than once a day. A high fat meal may delay the time of the effect of this drug. Cialis Extra Dosage can be taken with or without food.
For most men, the recommended dose is 50 mg. taken, as needed, approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. However, Cialis Extra Dosage may be taken anywhere from 4 hours to 0.5 hour before sexual activity. Based on effectiveness and toleration, the dose may be increased to a maximum recommended dose of 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day in most patients.
Cialis Extra Dosage has been shown to increase the effect of these drugs. This may cause dizziness or fainting. Use Cialis Extra Dosage with caution. Do not drive or perform other possible unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
Cialis Extra Dosage may cause a prolonged (eg, more than 4 hours) or painful erection. This could happen even when you are not having sex. If this is not treated right away, it could lead to permanent sexual problems, such as impotence. Contact your doctor right away if you have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours.
A sudden decrease in vision, including permanent blindness, in one or both eyes (NAION) may occur. If this serious problem occurs, stop taking Cialis Extra Dosage and contact your doctor right away. You have a slightly greater chance of developing NAION if you have heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, certain other eye problems ("crowded disk"), high blood pressure, if you are over 50, or if you smoke.
It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to Cialis Extra Dosage, to other diseases or medications, to other factors, or to a combination of factors. If you experience these symptoms, stop taking Cialis Extra Dosage and contact your doctor immediately.
Do not take Cialis Extra Dosage more than once a day. Allow 24 hours to pass between doses. Contact your doctor or seek emergency medical attention if you experience a sudden decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Cialis Extra Dosage and Alcohol
Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Cialis Extra Dosage. Alcohol can increase the risk of side effects from Cialis Extra Dosage.
Cialis Extra Dosage and Pregnancy
Cialis Extra Dosage is not expected to be harmful to an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during treatment.
Cialis Extra Dosage and Breastfeeding
Cialis Extra Dosage is not expected to be harmful to a nursing infant. Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.
Cialis Extra Dosage and Children
Cialis Extra Dosage should not be given to a child younger than 18 years old.
How is Cialis Extra Dosage Supplied
Cialis Extra Dosage (tadalafil) is supplied as yellow, film-coated, almond-shaped tablets for oral administration. The 10 mg tablet is usually prescribed for most men, it can be increased to 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg depending on the side effects and efficacy.
Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15-30°C (59-86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature].
Protect from light.
Dispense in a tight, light-resistant container as defined in the USP. Keep container tightly closed.
